I bought a sofa from the Sofa.com concessions store in Croydon's House of Fraser. I managed to get a great deal on their ex display sofas. Denis Pobric (Floor Manager) was a great help, and communicated with me throughout. Denis also helped me arrange delivery with a local guy which made the purchase a breeze. Would recommend to anyone and will be back next time I need a sofa.

Made a visit to the well laid out Bankside showroom and received a warm welcome and attentive advice from the outstanding Sandro. Infinitely better service than we received from the glum staff at John Lewis - they could do with Sandro giving them some tips.

Raymond was very helpful and was very patient with our questions. He explained quite well for us to choose what kind of frabic suits our flat.

Bought 2 sofas, storage drum and side tables over the past couple of years and all exceeded expectations on quality and durability. Service from Denis in Frasers, Croydon was great, offering as much information as you need, even dealing directly with delivery driver for us on the day.

I visited the Nottingham showroom and was greeted by the lovely Anna who walked me through everything I needed to know in order to make the right decision for my sofa and room. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help me with everything making it an all-around 5-star experience. Highly recommend talking to Anna and going to the Nottingham showroom.

Excellent service

Highly recommend. Bought a sofa and armchair from the Glasgow showroom. Customer service in-store fantastic, gave me a narrow delivery window and delivered on time,.delivery guys offered to move around some heavy existing furniture to get things in place. Thank you very much to everyone involved.
